Our Vision
Crest has a strong track record of delivering on promises made at Highlands Park Phase 1 and is committed to delivering a high quality Phase 2, which complements and reflects the success of our existing development.
Phase 2 of the Highlands Park development will add to a sustainable, genuine mixed-use community. Our masterplan is landscape-led, with significant new planting and open space proposed. We will further enhance biodiversity through fully integrated ecological corridors and provide crucial affordable housing for Henley residents.
PHASE 1 MINOR REPLAN
Alongside the Phase 2 planning application, we will also be submitting an application to replan a small part of Highlands Park Phase 1, with the employment space and the community centre planned for Phase 1 moving to Phase 2. This replan is a requirement of the Neighbourhood Plan policy for Phase 2 and will ensure that the employment space and the community centre are more accessible for Henley residents and businesses.
We are proposing 21 new homes on the space vacated by the employment provision and community facilities moving to Phase 2.
OUR PROPOSALS FOR PHASE 2:
110 new homes, 40% of which will be affordable housing
Land for 20 homes to be managed under a Community Land Trust
Land for a new home for the Chiltern Centre
Relocation of employment provision from Phase 1
Relocation of the community centre from Phase 1
and for Henley Town Council Parks Department’s Depot
New foot and cycle paths linking to the Town Green and AONB
PHASE 1 MINOR REPLAN:
Community centre and employment move to more prominent Phase 2 location
Replaced with 21 new homes
OUR PROPOSALS FOR SOUTHERN FIELD INFRASTRUCTURE:
A relocated play area comprising a range of play equipment and natural play features catering for different ages
Storage/toilet facilities for the sports pitches
22 parking spaces next to the pitches
