The site background
Highlands Park Phase 2 adjoins the existing Phase 1 development. The site borders Greys Road to the north, with the Town Green to the east.
The site has good transport links into Henley and the broader road network. The bus service into Highlands Park Phase 1 will be bolstered as part of Phase 2, and the strong network of foot and cycle paths (including the network being delivered as part of Phase 1) will be added to.

Joint Henley & Harpsden Neighbourhood Plan
Crest has worked constructively with Henley Town Council, Harpsden Parish Council and the local community for several years to bring forward Highlands Park through the Joint Henley & Harpsden Neighbourhood Plan Review process.
Henley Town Council and Harpsden Parish Council adopted the Neighbourhood Plan Review in November 2022 following 82% of residents voting in favour of the Plan.
Highlands Park Phase 2 (also referred to as the Northern Field at Highlands Farm) is allocated for development as described in Policy DS7 of the Plan and our proposals are consistent with this allocation.
